We have created custom Sharepoint search page using out of the box search control.We have defined three scopes for Sharepoint search page i.e. 1."Both" 2. "Tacit KB" and 3. "Explicit KB". Here "Both" is set as default search scope.When we select "Tacit KB" from the search dropdown,it return correct results but the Searchdropdown shows "Both" as selected scope.Same scenario is seen for "Explicit KB" scope.
Kindly let us know any clean solution to set the correct Scope value in search dropdown .
