i have below details in the custom list new form
user description:(choice field)
user full name:(single line)
user address:(single line text)
further i need to add 10 user list details (at max) as per above format and i have corresponding user1 description,user1 full name,user1 address....,,,, user10 description so on respectively.also it should be user friendly such that user can add/delete accordingly.
