Linq query to Get Data between two Dates

Hi all,

         I have two dates (*05/01/2013 and *05/04/2013) in dropdown list.

      When I selected this date in dropdown list I need to fetch the items from List between these two dates and bind to dataformwebpart or dataview-webpart programmatically in visualwebpart

Can any one help me how can I do this
