Hello,
After edit a document in sharepoint , that document should go to stakeholders for approval and once they approved then it's version should be created.
Normally after editing a document we can see modified changes and version but i want to hold version creation till the changes approved by stakeholders
Can it be possible?
What will be approach?
Is OOTB document approval workflow can be helpful here or need to do customization?
