Default Date in Sharepoint

Hi,

I have to set default date value in end date (31/12/9999) at the time of page load(codes are in C#), but if user wants he/she can change it accordingly.

I have tried with sharepoint date time control and value is coming but not appearing in the form.

Kindly suggest how to achieve it.
