Restart a state machine workflow when error occurred in approval levels

Hi

I have created a state machine workflow with 4 level of approval.

My problem is " If error occurred in the approval levels  I am not able to continue further level of approval"

I want to restart the workflow from the particular level were the error occurred .

Can anyone help me regarding this.
