ID as QueryString SharePoint 2010

Hi..

How to use ID for a List as Query String ..Using this i am getting no UI.. and what shoud be the CAML Query ..

I am using like this..

<Query><Where><Eq><FieldRef Name="ID" /><Value Type="Counter">5</Value></Eq></Where></Query>
