Confusion about AddWikiPage method on Lists.asmx webservice

Hi guys,

I'm a bit confused about the method AddWikiPage in the Lists.asmx webservice. We are using a SharePoint 2010 server, where I have both a Site Wiki and an Enterprise Wiki created. The confusion is about the difference in those two development pages:

• MS-LISTSWS
• Lists.AddWikiPage

According to the MS-LISTSWS site, this method should not be used at all. But the Lists.AddWikiPages doesn't have any hint about this topic. I cannot see any difference in them, but the site they are posted at.
Therefore is it allowed to use this method, since it will come in one of the newer versions of SharePoint? Or is it already deprecated and it should not be used in any newer developments.

I've found already out, that this method is only applicable on the Site Wiki (even though you get an error, but the new site is created anyhow, check this link). On an Enterprise Wiki it is not possible to use this method, since those wikis are using Publishing Page Libraries instead of Wiki Libraries as the Site Wiki.

BTW: I've found a way for both wikis to create new pages using Powershell. If anyone is interested, you can contact me without any doubt.

Thanks a lot for any point into the right direction if this method might be used or not.
