SharePoint 'Activate Features' urlOfFile parameter. Error

Hi All,

I am trying to deploy the code from visual studio for branding files.  I am getting the below error message while I deploying.  Can any one help me on this issue.

Error occurred in deployment step 'Activate Features': Error activating Branding feature - check the code. Message :urlOfFile
Parameter name: Specified value is not supported for the urlOfFile parameter.
