Move images from PC folder to document library

Hi all,

          I have task to show images from Local PC folder in grid and then from grid move selected images  automatically                          to document library.I tried of getting a single image and move it to document library .But when I tried using few images I am unable to get images from PC folder

        But I have some 1500 images which I need to get on grid and move selected items to document library.

        Here my client have another requirement.He wants this process to work very fast

Can any one help me how can i solve this issue
