How to extend the hyperlink upto end when grouping sharepoint list by particular column.

I have sharepoint list with the column name is-Name,ID and department.I have grouped that list with the column of Department.

It shows now like

In this i have hyperlink(blue colur) in the text of Department only.But i have to extend that hyperlink upto end (Department:D1(2)).how can i achieve this by OOB or javascript code? I dont have permission to edit the site in SharePoint designer.
