SharePoint 2010 Custom multi department approval Workflow process

Hi all, I have a scenario where

-> different departments need to approve a workflow

-> Each department has at least 3 approvers to approve

Is there a way to create a routine here and how to show this on tasks list?

NOTE:  I am using 2010 sequential workflow in VS 2010
