Create a new type of Event Reciever for Document list

Hi All

I have a question in sharepoint 2010

I want to create a new event reciever type to a documnet list, something like ItemFileCopy that triggers when a document is copied to a document list when the list is opened in windows explorer folder style.

Any help or idea will be accepted with thanks.
