Document Library Upload - Choose a folder for destination code

Hi will you please let me know if you have object model code to 'Choose Folder' to select destination folder via dialog box?

I have a restricted document library but I want to give upload option to everyone and it should populate all folders.  May be I have to write a different application and add a link at the document library?
