Transfer data from SharePoint 2010 list to Oracle 10g Database table

We have got a requirement in SharePoint 2010, We need to move list items from SharePoint 2010 list to Oracle Database.Whenever any updates happens in Sharepoint list automatically it should go and update Oracle DB. Please advice which approarch can be used.

I am planning to have Custom Windows Service to fetch the data from SharePoint list and Push it to Oracle Database.

Field Structure remains different in Both Databases.
