deploying Sharepoint 2003 format web parts in Sharepoint 2010

Hi

I have a solution of Web Parts which was packaged for Sharepoint 2003.

I want to deploy the solution in Sharepoint 2010 but before that want to convert the solution in VS 2012 format.

How do i change the dwp files alon with the cs files for the web parts convert them to appropriate files

so that these get deplyoyed in the Sharepoint 2010.
