Export sharepoint 2010 workflow to sharepoint 2013

Hi,

Is there a way to export a sharepoint 2010 workflow to sharepoint 2013? For example, what are the steps for:

1) Exporting the workflow as a template and import to sp 2013

or

2) Export as visio .vmi file and import to sp 2013.
