sharepoint 2010 Image search XSL customisation

Hi,

I want to display the image search results as in google.

i found the below site and its very helpful.

i am facing only 2 issues.

1. thumbnail image is not displayed and i get red cross mark

2. only 2 columns are displayed in a row, it would be fine if i can display 4.

i dont understand the XSL to make these changes.
