Restricting of deleting the permission group from uploader of document in Sharepoint.

Hi All,

Please help in achiving the below functionality.

Restricting of deleting the permission group from uploader of document in Sharepoint.

As document uploader is having Full control, If he navigate to the manage permissions he can able to delete  group also from document, need to  restrict for deletion of the permission group.
