I am provisioning a custom list that uses a BCS data source. When the user inserts the list onto a web page they receive a single column view that shows only the "BCS Identity" column. I would like to modify this experience to show a different default view. Is there any guidance/pointers on how to change this behavior? My first attempt of inserting a view that has BaseViewID="0" does not seem to have any effect.
