How to embed list item url in the email body of SP workflows developed in Visual Studio 2010

Hi 

I am working on sequential workflows for lists using VS 2010.  I am trying to send mail after Create a task activity.

How will I be able to embed the current list item as a hyperlink (opens in the list edit form) in the email body to the Assigned To.

Any sample code is very much appreciated.
