how to move the workflow(is developed by the Aspx page) item to another list in sharepoint 2010 programmatically

Hi Experts,

for my Requirement i have two sates of developing the Sequential workflows . one is Process 1, Process 2 

    i have  successfully developed a Sequential Workflow by using asp x page . for the Process 1 ( i have ordered one item and Status column should be Ordered item is completed.) these ordered item i need to move to anther list. 

for my Nest Task i need to move the List-item (Status=completed) to Next list.  then i need to start One more Workflow .

How i need to move the Workflow List-item to the Anther List by using SharePoint 2010 Coding manner .
