I was wondering if any could help me, I have set up a list within SharePoint which holds customer information, attached to this list I have a basic workflow running which sends an automatic email to the relevant employee when the customer list is updated or a new item is created but only if the Status field has a value of either 'Open' or 'Pending'. My issue is I want the email to be populated with all 'Open' or 'Pending' items not just the last one that was edited or created, so that employees aren't forgetting to follow up with customers. Can some explain how I would go about this?
