How to create a new list item in another list when an item is created in my current list (VS 2010)

Hi

I am trying to create a workflow in VS 2010 through which I should be able to create a new list item in another listB when a new item is created in my current list A.

Pls suggest how this can be achieved (what activity needs to be used in workflow design and its properties) and what are the important thing that needs to be taken care while creating list item in another list (like..created By etc..)
