I need your assistance regarding this issue:
I have the requirement that I have a list of user ids and I have to develop a form that will ask a question that are you already registered with us then if user clicks yes then it should check in another list of user ids and should allow to proceed otherwise only one question to be appeared that if you want to register please click register and the system will take his id and add in other list.
