Hyperlink to the list items display form in the GridView

Hi,

  I have a Grid view which has a SharePoint list as it's Data source. The first column of the Grid view is the Title field of the lists items. Here, I am trying to make this Title column as  a hyperlink. so, when a user clicks on the title column of a particular row, the Display form of that particular item in the row should be shown in a popup window.

 I tried through some codes  ,but they are of no use.

  So if any one has some idea, please reply with your options.
