task generated through state machine workflow once the task is completed user should not be able to open/Edit/delete

i have generated custom task form using state machien workflow,for permissions i have applied specialpermission and its working, once the task are completed even i can open the taks and change the status i dont want the user to open or update the task once the task is completed neither user should be able to delete it
