We have a SharePoint 2010 site based for Government organization. The users are based in US, however they work with date format dd/MM/yyyy
We have a document library which has a field "Date Received" which indicates the date when project was received by the organization. The users insert this date in dd/MM/yyyy format. We tried changing the regional setting to UK, but all the currencies too are converted to GBP. So we set the regional settings back to US and added a calculated column to display the date in dd/MM/yyyy format using an Office formula.
But the users want add the date in dd/mm/yyyy format on the default list form. Is there a way to be able to display the date picker control in dd/mm/yyyy format, when the site regional setting is set to US.
Thank you.

Rupesh
