Employee time tracker For monthly hourly Weekly in sharepoint 2010

Hi ,

         I want to maintain employee work tracker for each hour in a day basis and week basis ....monthly basis for each employee .My requirement is when a particular user login he should fill his tracker.How can i acheive this in sharepoint .Please provide the solution.
