Since there was no answer for an OOTB solution to my prior thread here is a new question.
I have created a custom timer job based on the directions on this page: http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/403323/SharePoint-2010-Create-Custom-Timer-Jobs
I can see the Solution listed and deployed in Central Admin but there is no feature or timer job to be found anywhere.
I can see the file in the assembly, I have stopped and restarted the services, and NOTHING. I haven't found any errors either. The assembly and service restarts were done on both the WFE and CA servers. In test we only have two.
What's going on?
