Is there easy way to calculate yes/no dropdown field?

Hello SharePoint Fam,

I am wanting to basically calculate several drop down fields that all contain "yes/no/n/a".  Basically each option would just equal 1 and then I could do a total of each answer after user has answered the several drop downs.  I know I could make each answer equal a number but that wouldnt help.  I need each drop down option to equal a value as well
