How to add an event receiver to a list in sandboxed solutions?

Hi all,

Event receivers are supposed to be supported in sandboxed solutions. However, we need to programatically add an event receiver to a list. How can this be done with sandbox?

For some reason, SPEventReceiverDefinitionCollection.Add isn't available in sandboxed solutions.
