How can I create a subsite when adding new item in list?

Hi,

I have created "Project" list with two columns Project Name and Location. Here When adding item to the Project list- while clicking on save item it will automatically added new subsite with respect to that new item(Project Name) .

How can i create new subsite while adding new item?  (by using OOTB)
