Access SPContext.Current.Web in Sandbox code

Hi,

I was in the understanding that I couldn't use the SPContext.Current object to retrieve data in a Sandboxed environment. I also read a lot of people can't. I am developing a new Sandboxed Visual Webpart and I added the SPContext.Current.Web and this works. Am I doing something wrong here? Also MSDN says that SPContext.Current is available in Sandboxed.
