Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.Runtime not resolving

Hey There

Pretty new to visual studio and working on ssis on a azure virtual machine trying to pull a SharePoint Online List to a perform a ETL. The problem im having is that when I am in visual studio on a script component, entering the"using Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.Runtime;" it is saying that the namespace does not exist in the "Microsoft.SharePoint.Client" Namespace. I have downloaded the SharePoint Client Components. Has anyone had a similar problem?
