I am setting up an email notification functionality in Sharepoint 2010 with Sharepoint designe. The email will be sent out after a document is uploaded to a site.
Composing an email is ready.
How can I make available an empty TO and CC field so I can select who will receive the email.
I found out that it is possible to select a list and a group. As these are all predefined and not possible (or maybe I have wrong, please update me?) to add manually addresses without opening these list or groups.
Looking for (as also in outlook) the open selecting criterea
