Disable & Enable the Calender Month using Event receiver or Visual WebPart

Hi All,

        I have task to disable the Calendar of specific month with the color if the condition get's match after the event or item is added into calendar.For this I had selected to use  either Item Added Event receiver or visual web-part.

Can any one help me how can I do this using event receiver or visual-webpart
