This only seems to affect a page with the site map webpart embedded in it but we have a staging environment that authors can update, this is published to our production environment by a scheduled job in the afternoon. The problem I'm seeing is that links and headers show different colours in the 2 environments. For example, a header will be displayed in red in the staging environment but black in production, the next header will be the same colour in both environments. Both headers seem to be using the same class, same random issue with hyperlinks. As I said this only affects our site map built using the OOTB site map webpart.
