Rounded Curve in SharePoint 2010

Hi All,

I want to have a rounded corners in SharePoint 2010.

I have used pie.htc but it is not working. I had placed it in the _layout folder.If i use the below code on the top of master page rounded corners does not appear but check user permission works.

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=8"/>

If i use IE9 as shown in the below code instead of IE8 rounded corners works but check user permission does not work and throw below error

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=9"/>

"namespace prefix 'xsd' is not defined"
