How to move or copy issue list items from one issue list to another issue list on same site?

Hello

I want to move those issue item where status is "Closed" to another issue list. We also want to keep same Issue ID in another issue list.

I tried using site-setting - COtent and Structure options, but it is giving me exception error using following url http://www.codeproject.com/Tips/319808/Moving-List-Items-from-one-list-to-another-list-in. Both the site same column names, everything is same. But I am still getting exception erro. Any idea what I am missing here.

Then I tried with SharePoint Designer "Copy List Item" action, it move the current item to another list, but not keeping same SharePoint List Item. Secondly How Can move all those item where status="Closed" to another list as an manual workflow with original issue ID.

Can I move it using client object mode with keeping same Issue ID?

Please advise.
