This is regarding SharePoint user profile store data inconsistencies.
While the sync job is still running, the data for custom user profile properties created out of external data source (custom database sql server) gets wiped off from the user profile store when
1) the connection is lost
2) the permissions are revoked for the service account which is used to connect to external data source.
Please let me know whether this is by design.
