Adding MSCaptcha for captcha functionality

 I am trying to use MScaptcha functionality in SharePoint 2010 project on login.aspx page which reside in layouts folder but after deployment it gives me an error of  

Could not load file or assembly 'MSCaptcha' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.
