Claims Authentication Sharepoint 2010 error for random users

account : i:0#.f|membership|100089  and name : 100089 which is right and my code works fine.

But for some users it creates  account : i:0#.f|membership|100089  and name :i:0#.f|membership|100089 . I see this for some random users who registered through https
