Hide /Show List Column in SharePoint 2007

Hi,

Please suggest me solution; how to hide / show List column in SharePoint 2007. Prefer OutofBox Soultion.

Requirement: Have a list in which some List Columns are with coutries name like USA, UK, China, Germany. So our requiremnt is to show country column according to USER Location on basis of Active Directory.

For example: USA user able to see USA LIST COLUMN not others country, China user able to see only china column...as so on.
