List item insert commit or rollback dispose

hello,

I have insert commands for inserting items in list and at last i will give

listitem.Update();

to save changes ,but if i did'nt give it it will not save the items.

then what will happen to those data's which i sent to insert in list whether in content database or ram,if it is whether it will get dispose once we close the clientcontext site which will get disposed.
