Description in the pop up

Hi,

We have a userID,description,category column in the list.

Now our requirement is to 

fetch the description of the particular user based upon the category.

Now we are able to fetch description based upon the category of the user.

Out next motto is to display the description upto 10 words.Below that there is View More hyperlink.

Once the view more hyperlink is clicked,entire description needs to displayed in the pop.

Plase share your ideas/thoughts on the same.
