Joining lists in a query

I am attempting to join dta from three sharepoint lists to create a dataset in reporting services. Unfortunately, I'm not having any success.

I tried posting on the Reporting Services forum, but have received no input. Is there a way to join in Sharepoint to create a single dataset in Reporting Services?

I am completely clueless with regard to CAML, but can wade through examples.
