My apologies if this has already been answered but I can't find it.
When we create a team site I want the home.aspx page to not have the OOTB Welcome to your Site! message and those terrible Getting Started Links. I'm trying to find where that text is being generated from in the 14 hive and I can't find it. (And I'm talking about this for ALL team site home pages so please no answers of Site Actions Edit Page).
Anyone else hacked the team site to not have these? Thanks so much for any help!
