Site Template issue

Hi,

     I have created existing site as template(i.e.Wsp), again i try to create new site using existing site template, getting error:

The site template requires that the Feature {c6561405-ea03-40a9-a57f-f25472942a22} be activated in the site collection.

    I Activated below Power shell command for that feature id:

Enable-SPFeature –Identity c6561405-ea03-40a9-a57f-f25472942a22 –url https://intranet.org/

 Again i try to create new site using Site template,getting below error:

Microsoft.sharepoint.SPException

correlation ID:{23D2E24F-6B7B-43E2-B31C-0AD6A066B0AA}

  checked in log files under 14 hive folder, i did not get any relative answer.
