To create a list if not present in the web in javascript.

Hi,

I'm a newbie to SharePoint

I have a requirement where in i need to create a list, if the list is not present in the web.

I found this link useful,

But i'm not able to find a solution where in I have to add a person/group field to the list.

Please help.
